General Rate Increases – 2023

As the 2022 calendar year comes to an end, it is time for our partners to evaluate the cost of doing business, and to adjust their pricing accordingly. With things like fuel prices, inflation, labour, and other non-negotiable costs changing every day, our carrier partners will soon be introducing general rate increases to mitigate these challenges.

Please see the price increases (per carrier) below:

UPS (as of December 27th, 2022)
– UPS Ground, UPS Air and International to increase by 6.9%
– UPS Air Freight rates within and between the U.S.A., Puerto Rico and Canada will increases an average of 6.2%

DHL (as of January 1, 2023)
– Across all service levels, average price increase of 6.9%

FedEx (as of January 2-3, 2023)
– General accessorial fee and rate increases detailed Here

Please note that our other carrier partners have already imposed these increases as of September, 2022.
