Shopify API Update

Shopify is updating permissions for customer data disclosure. As such, you will have to update your integration to continue importing orders. This permission will grant us continued access to the information (Ship-To info) necessary to provide you with labels.

As such, as of June 28, 2023 please expect a slightly different process upon importing your next order. This process will only occur once!

While importing your Shopify order, you will be prompted to provide your approval (please see below).

Please click “Update App”

You will then be brought to your Shopify store and asked to do the same (please see below).

Please click “Update App”

Once updated, you will be able to import your order within netParcel as per usual. If you encounter any issues throughout this process, please respond to this email.

Thank you,
netParcel Account Management
